Student Athlete Training

CA2MP is the CPC USA athlete sports conditioning program and stands for

Continued Acceleration to Maximum Performance. Our staff works with a wide variety of athletes, tailoring a customized program using various performance variables to meet the performance needs associated with each sport and position.

  • Speed, Agility and Coordination
  • Strength and Power
  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Muscle Balance
  • Joint Integrity

Our team then appraises these factors and prescribes and implements a seamlessly integrated training program tailored specifically to achieve those goals.

Athletic excellence is the perfect mix of three factors: structure, motion, and function. The CA2MP program is a science based designed for optimizing athletic performance. The goal of the program is to refine this relationship. The results are pure manufactured athletic performance.

CPC USA CA2MP works with a wide range and level of high school athletes. 85% of our athletes have gone on to earn athletic scholarships. The success of our athletes reinforces that our philosophy is second to none.

Our system is based on a preventative perspective. Our unique approach allows injuries to be prevented before they occur. Correcting muscular imbalances allows athletes to perform at a consistently high level and safely push through their limitations.

If you’re an athlete, coach, or parent, athletic performance is everything. We do not coach we let your coaches do that. We enhance the athlete’s skills through our CA2MP program. In sports the difference between being first and second is miniscule. Don’t you deserve that edge?

Dr. Chris Asks some important questions of interest to Thousand Oaks residents - Chiropractor Thousand Oaks Dr. Chris Asks...

What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Thousand Oaks folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
Why are chiropractors wary of the germ theory?
Louis Pasteur originated the idea that germs caused disease. Yet, on his deathbed he recanted, declaring, "It's not the seed, but the soil." Meaning, it's not the germ that causes disease, but the condition of the body that allows the germ to thrive. Chiropractic care in our Thousand Oaks office is designed to bolster your resistance so germs don't see you as a good host.
